"Like the Most High": Cracking the Vega-Cygnus Code

You may be one of those people who thinks they live in an ordered and rational universe, and not a roiling hothouse of magic, mysticism, and sorcery.

You may think you live in a world where people in high places are preoccupied with petty trifles like money and power, and not with kicking the struts out from underneath the entire edifice of Creation and rebuilding the rubble into their own image.

I'll see what I can do to help you with that. I'm not here to judge.

Code-Breaking the Craft: Storming the Stargate

The SSI is having an open-house, where we're all enjoying some quality code-breaking of arcane and revelatory symbolism. This is an addendum to that lesson.

Super Bowl 2021: a Weeknd in Las Vegas

Twin Brady led the Templar Bay Buccaneers to their Twinth Super Bowl win, along with fellow former New England Baphomet Rob Gronkowski. The Templar defense held the Kansas City Secret Chiefs to a measly (council of) nine points, or one for every Super Bowl Twin Brady has played in. Note 12+87=99.

It was indeed an exciting day for the NFLim and Twins everywhere.

Space is an Altar: Out Back, Counting Stars.

There's a provocative headline for you. I've been following Diana Walsh Pasulka since she appeared on Rune Soup a while back and am quite intrigued by her research. I can't say I'm as intrigued by this headline here and I'm not entirely sure it's a fair assessment of her book, partly because I haven't had the pleasure of reading it yet.

But an alien religion "taking root among the powerful" isn't exactly a news flash to Secret Sun readers, is it?

Astronomy Domine: My God is Full of Stars

Well, I've been a busy little bee lately. I'll tell you, all sorts of interesting, um, revelations have bubbled to the surface.

So I wanted to clarify a few details in Revelation and then double back to Genesis because boy; things are really,
really heating up 'round these parts.

So seeing it's Sunday and all, whad'ya say we all do us some churchin', eh?

Sync or Swim: Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey. It Was the DNA.

OK, lots going on as per usual, lots to get to.

We've been speculating over all this CRISPR business and other genetic shenanigans and now there's this headline, that some NASA contractor allegedly conjured up "alien" DNA by creating four new nucleotides.

Ask Not for Whom the Siren Sings...

Very busy and stressful times here at Secret Sun Central lately. Looks like there's a momentary break in the torment, so let's take a look at some of the synchro-semiotic insanity washing over the world as of late...

"Mouse Kontrol Ultra": Adam Curtis, Massive Attack & the Sibyl

Massive Attack onstage in Manchester

2019 seems to be recognized as a pivotal year of some kind by a number of different observers so I guess it's appropriate that Massive Attack is taking its Mezzanine 21st Anniversary extravaganza out on the road, along with MK-Ultra's own Adam Curtis furnishing the visuals.

Entrainment Tonight: Blood on the Moon

Sunday brings us the Super Bloody Castle Wolfenstein Moon (or whatever), so as you would expect lots of different folks are getting ready to ride those moon-waves.

...But Secret Sunification is Interested in You.

As always, there's way too much going on out there. I've fallen a bit behind on my semiotics and pseudo-science, but here's a small sampling of stories from the World Secret Sunification desk...

There Goes the Sun

Well, it's quite brisk around these parts, my friends. I find it rather invigorating with the sun shining, somewhat less so when it's overcast. And if the trend-lines hold I'll probably have adjusted my opinions rather considerably in a few weeks or so.

All the more so if the Bond-villain schemes spewing out of Harvard University (the time-honored spawning ground of many an aspiring Bond-villain scheme) come to fruition.

PseudoScience Friday: Maybe Tomorrow, Maybe Someday

Well, the P.T. Barnum Memorial Permanent Moon Base Roadshow pulled into town again and performed its song and dance for bored reporters. I'm not sure why this old saw was pulled out of the toolbox but it seems to me this act plays to smaller crowds every time it takes the stage.

Guess it's true. You can't fool all of the people all of the time.

PseudoScience Friday: We'll Leave the Lights On For You

Well, there you have it. I'm not sure exactly what to think about this here: is this just more clickbait from the pop-science-site crowd, just one of an endless series of junk stories that come and go without ever amounting to anything?

Knock, Knock. Who's There? It. It Who? It Never Ends.

Well, 'Oumuamua continues to vex star-watchers. The Vegas' mothership anomalous space-projectile seems to behave in very strange ways, leading scientists at Harvard University to conclude that it may in fact be a dislodged solar sail from an extraterrestrial galactic probe.

Roses are Red, Violets are Blue, It Never Ends.

Well, it's been nearly a year and a half since Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell died on the Detroit River, and there's been a never-ending rollercoaster ride of highly nutritious synchery ever since.

"It Looked Like Armageddon"

.
A lot of readers asked my opinion of the Sunspot observatory closing. Truth be told it was tough to comment on since there was so little information to actually comment about. And as we do around here, I was looking for the tendrils leading to a bigger beast.
.
And it all got thrown into perspective
on Thursday, at least for me.

On Earth as it is in Heaven. Or Las Vegas.

Man, here it is being World Regulus Day and none of you folks even sent me a card. That really hurts my feelings, y'know. I mean, not even an eCard? After all I do for you? Cold.

2018 VMAs: Lip-Synching in Babylon

Babylon is back, baby!

The music-counterfeiting wing of the Entrainment Industry sent their finest lipsynchers to lower Manhattan's Nephilim Cathedral Oculus to attend the prestigious Golden Freemason Awards.

Pop's biggest brainwashed mannequins names vied for Most Entraining Corporate Music-Adjacent Simulacrum in a diverse range of music-counterfeiting categories, ranging from fake Hip-Hop to fake R&B to fake Pop.

The (Secret) Space Force & the Never-Ending X-Files LARP

Just how weird are these times we are living in? Well, they're so weird that there's a new branch of the military in the works called the "Space Force." Now, I've talked quite a bit about "Starfleet Reality" and the Star Trek timeline but I never thought things would go this far this fast.

And by that I mean I figured all the toys they've been working on out in the Nevada desert would stay in the black until conditions necessitated their unveiling. Goes to show what I know.

Not a lot.
