Apocalyptic Talking Points: Gene Genies

If the reports are to be believed, a Chinese scientist created the first gene-edited babies and of course they're Twins. Twin girls, to be precise.

Clownshow 2016: Their Campaign Logos Speak the Unspeakable

This blog really found its voice during the 2008 Presidential Elections when I noticed that the two major candidates running for office seemed to incorporating the hieroglyph for Sirius in their campaign logos.

Or more accurately, the Stairway to Sirius.

...Now Asteroids, Space Anomalies

aka "Jack Parsons' Labs"- note 11
(FILE UNDER "X-FILES REALITY WATCH")
Apocalyptic themes are increasingly dominating the media stream these days. I became aware of this story via a Joseph Farrell video update, and it tied quite nicely into a story I've been watching.
Today is "Asteroid Day," a newly-minted holiday to go with the recently made-of-whole-cloth "fireball season". Now we hear that NASA is planning yet another quasi-military operation in orbit, this being an asteroid hunting mission.

When Futurism Fails

If you're on Facebook or Twitter you've probably noticed an uptick in messianic science headlines, which seem to imply we're finally on the verge of Jetsons reality.

AI, VR, DNA editing, moon bases, asteroid mining, flying cars and all the rest are finally waiting in the wings, getting ready to change all of our lives.

"Just Around the Corner"

Everyone is a skeptic and a believer, when you get right down to it. Everyone has their own set of beliefs and their own set of hopes and dreams. Everyone has had disappointments and experiences that teach them to be wary and untrusting.

Saucers, Snitches and Secret Space Programs

You can tell the Cold War is back for real when the US starts funneling money into exotic space weaponry. Not to mention the fact that Russian warplanes are buzzing Europe and China is openly discussing its plans to drive the US out of Asia, claiming the Pacific Ocean as its Mare Nostrum.

Space is an Altar: A Mother and Child Reunion

If you scroll down and look at the right hand column, you'll come across Knowles' Law. It reads as follows: "Whenever a controversy over symbolism erupts in the media, it's usually disguising another hidden symbolic message altogether."

Descendants of Venus: A Secret Sun Picture Story

You know the game: click pix to enlarge and let those neurons fire. Google away until the wee morning hours and connect the dots to this unfolding narrative...

Jack Kirby, Mindbomb: Prophecies of a AstroGnostic

We've looked at Jack Kirby several times in the past here, most notably in his startlingly accurate (if not often allegorical) predictions of the Face on Mars in 1959, 9/11 in 1984, and the Gulf War and Iraq War in 1974 and 1975.

There's also a foreshadowing of the plot of 2001: A Space Odyssey, possible Apollo mission footage chicanery, and the suppressed discovery of obelisks on the Moon by American and Russian surveying missions in the mid-60s.

Jack Kirby, Mindbomb: Rocket to the Tombs

We looked at Jack Kirby several times in the past here, most notably in his startlingly accurate yet allegorical predictions of the Face on Mars in 1959, 9/11 in 1984, and the Gulf War and Iraq War in 1974 and 1975.

The 17th Gus Grissom Post

When I first began digging into the Gus Grissom enigma I was driven by a hunch, more than anything. I was poking around Barack Obama's biography after the election and kept stumbling on links to the dead astronaut while cross-referencing dates and places that were important to the Obama campaign.

Astronaut Theology: Liverpool, Egypt

Some things don't make sense until such time that they suddenly do.

For instance, here's way too much sun-drenched Egypt in the ancient rain-soaked British isles, from the Druids to Queen Scota to the Celtic Church to Egyptology craze of the 18th and 19th Centuries.

Secret Sun Picture Parade: The Falcon has Landed

UFOs continue to make the headlines, particularly these stories from China. My automatic reaction is to dismiss any sighting in the mainstream media as a hoax and/or a setup, but the story being circulated about military testing seems more than a bit off to me, as if the Chinese are trying to control the narrative by leading people to believe it's all some kind of test.

Secret Sun Picture Parade: The Cosmic Ghost

Well, it's Sync Log time here on The Secret Sun: the previous post dealt with my encounter with a ghost-like anomaly, and sure enough HuffPost and NAZCA NASA team up for this juicy sync about some enormous black hole or something.

Dog Days: The Hits Just Keep On Coming

NOTE: Scroll down for updates

Well, the Sun is blazing all across the globe. It's summer- the Dog Days- and the symbols are flying like grackles in the grove. It seems like I'm doing a lot of these posts recently, but you gotta fish when they're bitin'.

That blue and gold Sol there is from a story in the UK press- the British company is paying off illegal immigrants at Calais to go back home. I guess wages have been driven down enough.

For the time being, at least.

Intervention Theory and the Sixth Extinction

I'm not going to speak as to the veracity of the statistics or the science presented here, or comment on whatever political agenda is at work.

Environmentalism is like religion and politics- it's been grossly distorted and exploited by rich and powerful interest groups across the spectrum, particularly now with the climate change agenda and its attendant controversies.*

Sex, Psychics, Shapeshifters & Psychedelics

Spend Good Friday in Vancouver with The Outer Limits as they do their own spin on Solaris. A heaping helping of Secret Sun memes on hand, as you can see in the title. The Outer Limits reminds me a lot of old school X-Files, even if the writing isn't quite on par.
