Sixty years of sorcerous entrainment have ravaged the hearts, minds and bodies of the American populace. It's been a long march, one that is now reaching its destination.
Here's another example of where it all began...
So I finally watched all of Exorcist II: The Heretic. I'd never seen the film in its entirety, and I wanted to see if it really was as bad as the critics say it is.

My boy Eric Hollerbach and I got together again at the vaguely-creepy Necropolis to dig into The Synchromystic Handbook, the elections and other pressing issues of the day.
The ephemeral-yet-palpable strangeness of 1979 was well-documented in that year's cinematic offerings. Which is a bit curious, given that most of them would have been made in 1978. But 1978 was a pretty weird year too, just in a slightly different way.

Oh, boy. OK. Right.
Now, I've been hanging way, way out on a limb, telling anyone who'll listen that we're not going to have an election this year and that something will happen-- hey, right about now-- that would trigger a national emergency.
