I really don't know where to start.

I watched the two-part opener of the new Star Trek series and I'm still wondering if I didn't hallucinate it all. I'm still wondering if I didn't have some weird flashback and find myself in an alternate timeline where Star Trek was created by John McCain and Lindsey Graham instead of Gene Roddenberry.

Well, as soon as everyone in the geek culture cognoscenti recovered from the stunning finale of Twin Peaks: The Return, the new adaption of Stephen King's It hit the theaters, setting off a new wave of retro-horror hysteria that will probably lead right into the premiere of Stranger Things 2 at the end of October.
