Jack Parsons (co-founder of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratories, inventor of solid rocket fuel) and L. Ron Hubbard experience first manifestation during Babalon Working in Pasadena, CA (latitude 34.15º).
Babalon is "Whore of Babylon" in Revelation 17, Parsons and Hubbard drew on Enochian lore, Enoch often cited by AAT researchers.

October: King Tut exhibit leaves Philadelphia for London. To celebrate, a giant statue of Anubis, god of the dead, is floated down the River Thames on a barge.August/September: Barack Obama accepts Democratic Presidential nomination, then appears with John McCain at 9/11 Ceremony.
October: Springsteen sings of "interstellar mongrel nymphs" at rally for Obama in Philadelphia, and UFOs are filmed overhead. Footage makes local/national news.
Rally takes place near Franklin Institute, which housed King Tut exhibit. Springsteen won an Ausur® Award in 1993 for "Streets of Philadelphia," for a film starring astronaut-groupie Tom Hanks (Apollo 13).
November 4: Barack Obama wins presidency, Springsteen's "The Rising" is played following Obama's 17 minute long speech.

"2004
November: Barack Obama wins Illinois Senate seat after wife of opponent, Star Trek actress Jeri Ryan, reveals in divorce complaint that Senator Jack Ryan sexually exploited her."
This statement is worded incorrectly. Jeri Ryan did not reveal the sexual exploitation in public record, nor did the divorce happen in 2004. Jeri made allegations of sexual exploitation in a 1999 custody hearing, the records of which were sealed at both Jeri and Jack Ryan's request. A Chicago Tribune reporter sued to open those sealed documents in 2004 and a California judge obliged, even though Jack and Jeri Ryan both countersued to keep them sealed. The way you have the statement above written implies Jeri had some responsibility for the collapse of Jack Ryan's campaign in 2004. Since Jeri had been divorced from Jack for five years at that point, since she had nothing to do with the unsealing of those documents, and since she actually countersued to keep them sealed in the interests of her son, she had NO responsibility in Barack Obama winning the 2004 Illinois election.
Her allegations were made years before during a completely valid legal proceeding which both parties sought to keep private. There is no way she could have foreseen, in 1999, the events that eventually led to Jack's campaign failure in 2004.
Just my two cents.
It's shorthand, Erin. I'll tighten it a bit to clarify. We looked at that issue in depth earlier. The bottom line is that the allegations were unearthed in 2004 and had an impact on the election.
That being said, thanks for your reportage- it's a good resource to flesh out the details.

Which reminds me that in Star Trek First Contact the Vulcans are attracted to earth by the Phoenix's warp signature, just as in UFO lore the greys were attracted by the White Sands tests.

There's so much stuff(and well linked!) in your archive that I thought it's maybe time for you to start looking for some patterns emerging, and now you come with this timeline. I think it's the way to go. Your interview on red ice must have looked like some kind of delirium of a man overexcited over unrelated facts for listeners not familiar with your blog but it looks like your spontaneity has brought some fruit. Maybe during some cold winter nights with less synchronistic activity in the world you could do some more data-mining in your own archive and who knows what will appear.

Good stuff as always, Chris! I like the bit about the 17th day of June and the Venus/Jupiter occultation/amplification. Reminds me of the two that were lined up closely, setting on the horizon for the Atlantis Rising party-goers in Dubai...
...and on that note, in fact:
have you noticed that the Horus-esque constellation of Ophiuchus 'dies' on the 17th of December??? Sagitarius then takes its place. This isn't typical astrology dates I'm speaking of. Grab a good stargazing program and you'll see what I mean -- it's to do with the precession of equinoxes (as you well know). But this year, when Horus dies in December on the 17th, the moon will be in Sextans - the compass/astrolabe - once again, as it was on that Palms ceremony...
I wonder what this may bring, in all respective subtlety? Especially with Mercury (Hermes Trismigestus) and Jupiter (Osiris/Horus) in the same sign as the Sun???

I'll tell you, Brendan, all I can do is look at the symbolism-I have no access to elite opinion. But what we're looking at all points to an attempt at contact with creator god/aliens. Whether or not that is what is going on, I suppose we could we find out in the next 4 years.

Watching this for the second time (I was distracted as it ran live) you make a very convincing argument here. I especially love your interpretation of 2001 where the dawn of man sequence is a possible metaphor for Roswell. You also theorized that the transistor was used as ransom. In the film the ape-man throws a bone that morphs into a spacecraft. Is Kubrick telling us that we were thrown a bone so to speak with the gift of transistor/computer technology? Am I reading too much into the possible metaphor of throwing a bone? It certainly fits with the narrative that you present (quite convincingly).

Commenting on your old post, LOL. It is interesting that when the announcer said "Atlantis Rising" and you see what looks like to me, the Ishtar Gate, I believe it is called.
